SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — Max London’s Restaurant & Bar is planning a wine dinner featuring Ravines Wine Cellars, a Finger Lakes facility, on Thursday, May 27.

The wines planned to pair with dishes from chef/owner London and chef de cuisine Clifton Booth are a 2007 Dry Riesling, a 2007 Chardonnay, a 2008 Pinot Rosé, a 2007 Pinot Noir, 2207 Cabernet Franc and a 2006 Meritage. (Full menu available here.)
