‘Bounty of the Hudson’ tickets on sale

07 Jul

WARWICK, NY — The annual Bounty of the Hudson will be offering local wines, foods and live music when the annual event rolls out on July 24-25.

All 11 wineries on the Shawangunk Wine Trail as well as six others from around the Hudson Valley will be featured during the event, along with nearly a dozen restaurants, which this year is being hosted at the Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery.

Chef Janet of the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan will present cooking demonstrations both days.

Advance ticket sales end Friday, July 23. Tickets are good for one day only. The $27 Wine Taster advance ticket price covers a wine glass and wine tasting at all participating wineries. The $5.40 Designated Driver price covers entry. Tickets prices on the day of the event are $38 and $8. The event is held regardless of weather, and all ticket sales are final. Tickets can be purchased online.

Live music is nothing unusual at Warwick Valley. It hosts live, free performances from 2 to 5 p.m. every weekend on the patio, weather permitting, or inside on Doc’s Cider House stage. Once or twice a month, it  holds evening concerts and events in conjunction with dinner at its Pané Café. And, five times a year it hosts weekend-long music festivals on its Orchard Stage.

Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery is located at 114 Little York Road in this Orange County community.
