SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — Food, wine and Ferraris. What’s not to like?

Lidia Bastianich (right), known for her cooking and her cookbooks, and Andrea Zagato, known for his automotive designs, will headline the annual Saratoga Wine & Food and Fall Ferrari Festival being presented by the Italian Trade Commission September  10-12 at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC).

The celebration of Italy’s influences in food, wine and cars is a fundraiser for SPAC’s educational programs. The main part of the festival will be a Saturday Grand Tasting and Ferrari Concours, which the organizers promise will feature hundreds of fine Italian and international wines, delicacies from the region’s top chefs, Italian couture, luxury auctions, various seminars and a Ferrari Concours. An Italian Pavilion will show off 30 or more importers of Italian wines and food products.

Ketel One Vodka will host at after party that will include food, spirits and music. In addition, an “Italian Sparkling Jazz Brunch” will be held at the nearby Saratoga National Golf Course with a fashion show complementing the fare.
