MSG is the least of your worries in Chinatown

NEW YORK — New York magazine’s Grub Street blog reports that city health inspectors have been plowing through Chinatown and finding a lot of very unappetizing things.

Examples cited from inspection reports: mice, vermin, unapproved shellfish, improper food storage, dirty utensils … and, as a result, a number of restaurants have been shut down.
