The Seneca Lake site is the Three Brothers Wineries & Estates, home to the Stony Lonesome, Passion Feet and Bagg Dare wineries as well as the Four Horse microbrewery.
This Saturday’s all-day event is beer-centric, with barbecue food vendors, cigar rolling demonstrations, beer sampling and Q&A sessions with the brewers.
If you go, be sure to track down the complex’s Four Horses Riesling Ale. It’s a unique blend of New York Riesling grape juice with an American wheat beer, just 4.5% alcohol by volume. It is brewed with pale, wheat, and CaraPils malts, hopped with Centennial and Mt. Hood. It’s best as a warm weather drink, but worth a taste now.
