This summer cocktail contains ingredients that, at first blush, might not seem compatible. But, they are. It is one of a series of cocktails created for the Belvedere label by Bridget Albert, master mixologist and author of “Market Fresh Cocktails.”
Juice from a lemon
½ ounce rosemary syrup
3 ounces cold organic strawberry yogurt
Frappé in blender with no ice. Pour into chilled flute. Garnish with a small rosemary sprig and serve with a thick straw on the side.
