That’s the rundown on “Beefsteak,” the first such event to be hosted by Wolff’s Biergarten.
“If you haven’t heard of a Beefsteak before, it’s amazing,” says co-owner Matt Baumgartner. “Traditionally — and I’m quoting the Internet — Beefsteak is a loud, raucous all-you-can-eat steak dinner with unlimited pitchers of beer. The food is passed around on trays and you keep helping yourselves to butter-dipped, sliced French bread and hand-carved filet mignon slices. Everything is all you can eat and drink.”
Seating for the event, set for 4 p.m. Saturday October 15, is limited to 75 people. The $45 admission price includes French fries and salad. Tickets are available online.
Wolff’s Biergarten is located at 695 Broadway. Phone: (518) 427-2461.
